3. conveying mechanism: refers to the conveying mechanism such as tracks or conveyor belts; 

4. Suppression part: such as microwave oven doors, suppressors and other mechanisms to prevent and control microwave leakage, to meet the requirements of national standards; 

5. Waveguide: The microwave generated by the microwave generator is transmitted through the waveguide excite the cavity into the microwave cavity. Its function is to excite the carrier that needs to be heated, dried and sterilized through the waveguide, and to extract required mode from the microwave energy;
