Equipment Features


Rapid thawing: Microwave technology heats materials directly through internal penetration without thermal conduction. The continuous tunnel microwave thawing system significantly boosts production efficiency, reducing thawing time from days to minutes. For a 25kg frozen meat block measuring 600mmx400mmx150mm at-18℃°C, thawing to-4℃°C to-2℃°C takes just 2-4 minutes. Processing capacity depends on meat quality, specifically its dielectric constant. Fatty cuts handle better than lean cuts, with processing capacity being proportionally smaller for premium cuts.


Simplify the thawing process: microwave thawing eliminates the thawing room and shelf of natural thawing, avoids the waste of water source in water thawing. The environment is clean and hygienic, and the product quality is easy to control.


Uniform thawing: Microwave thawing can make the material inside and outside of the electromagnetic field to generate heat. Therefore, the thawing is uniform, and there will be no phenomenon of external heat and internal cold.


Nutritional Preservation: Non-corrosive microwave thawing utilizes thermal and biological mechanisms to preserve the original flavor of thawed foods while maintaining essential nutrients like proteins, amino acids, and vitamins. The rapid thawing process allows materials to swiftly pass through temperature zones where bacteria proliferate, effectively preventing contamination.


Reduce the meat loss rate Natural thawing and hydrolysis will have blood water outflow, the meat loss rate is 5-10%, microwave thawing has no blood water outflow, the meat loss rate is less than 1%.


Touch screen operation, easy to control the microwave thawing equipment adopts touch screen operation, can set the computer operation program suitable for the requirements of thawing process specifications, to achieve automatic operation.


Continuous operation of the equipment and high reliability The thawing equipment can work continuously for 24 hours. A force electronic isolator is installed between the magnetron and the heating box to prolong the life of the magnetron.


Safe and harmless, the working environment is clean. Microwave thawing works in a closed metal thawing chamber, and the box and conveyor belt can be safely washed.


Process Flow


The material is put into the feed port → automatically discharged to the conveyor belt → the material is transported into the microwave drying box → the material is dried and sterilized → the material is cooled out of the box → the material is stored and packaged.


The material is carefully placed into the feed port. Subsequently, it is automatically discharged onto the conveyor belt. The conveyor belt then smoothly transports the material into the microwave drying box. Inside the box, the material undergoes a process of drying and sterilization. After that, the dried and sterilized material is cooled as it exits the box. Finally, the material is ready to be stored and packaged.
