II. Key Advantages

1. Low-Temperature Drying

Operates at 30–50°C (vs. 60–80°C in conventional dryers). Prevents case hardening, fat separation, and flavor loss — especially critical for premium and soft cheeses.


2. 50–70% Faster Processing

Microwave energy heats moisture from inside out, combined with vacuum for rapid vapor removal. A process that takes 10–20 hours in a traditional dehydrator can be completed in 2–5 hours.


3. Uniform Moisture Removal

No hot spots or uneven drying. Electromagnetic field ensures consistent heating throughout the cheese block or shreds.
